For what purpose can a group of young people apply for support?

  • The theme is free. The project can be, for example, the organization of an event, the purchase of shared hobby equipment, or anything else that a youth group can do together and is reasonable and legal. The activity must be drug-free.
  • The most important thing is that the project is planned, implemented and reported by young people!

Theme searches in 2026

The Liiveri youth division has come up with five theme calls for 2026 to activate young people to implement their own projects with the help of Youth Leader support.

The theme search is subject to the same terms and conditions as other Youth Leader projects. When you submit your application by the end of the month mentioned, you will receive a decision during the following month. You can also apply for projects with other themes as before.

Do you feel like your school could be more welcoming and more student-friendly? The Prameet Schools theme search gives you the opportunity to develop your school's facilities, yards and leisure activities together with your friends. Now is the time to make your school a community place where it's nice to be outside of class too!

What are Prameet schools?

Prameet Schools is a Youth Leader theme call that supports projects conceived by young people to increase the comfort and community of schools. In the projects, young people get to plan and implement concrete improvements to the everyday life of schools – based on their own needs.

Where can I apply for funding?

  • More comfortable school spaces
Apply for funding for things like decorating the lounges, buying bean bags, board games, or game consoles. Even small changes can make a school a more relaxed and inviting place.
  • School yard and outdoor areas
Improve the school yard by purchasing outdoor games, a ping-pong table, or other physical and community elements.
  • Community events
Organize a school-wide theme evening on an important topic or a joint event between students and teachers that increases community spirit and inclusion.
