The repairs were based on a previously conducted condition survey.<\/p>\n<p>The lighting has been completely renewed and added to \u2013 old, fire-hazardous lamps have been replaced with energy-efficient LED lights. The exterior doors were replaced with new, well-insulated doors that match the traditional look of the house. The renovations have reduced electricity bills and reduced heating costs.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the roof leak was repaired and a new, safe wheelchair ramp was built in the Seurala yard. New windows are still on the way.<\/p>\n<p>The previously drawn up interior design plan for the village house will be implemented piece by piece in a thoughtful and long-term manner.
