I am Anne Palohuhta from Sein\u00e4joki. I started at Liiver in January as the leader of the Kylille III project when Irma Kortesuo retired. I'm looking forward to what the new work patterns will bring. This is a great opportunity to learn something new and get to know the area and its people. In the spring of 2022, I was doing an internship in Liiver, and then I was already impressed by how great work has been done here for rural development. It's a pleasure to be part of this group.<\/p>\n
I'm an agrologist by training (AMK), and I've had time to work in a variety of ways, from guiding riding lessons to food production. I became familiar with Leader work after an internship at Leader Yhyres, where I worked as a development planner's deputy after Liiver's internship ended. As a development designer, my work included e.g. project and payment advice. That's when I got a little insight into what project work is. When I was asked to lead the Kylille project for the rest of its term, I was excited. In this job, I get to see from a close distance what kind of activities there are in the villages of the area, as well as the opportunity to be involved in developing them. In addition, it was easy to come here, because the future colleagues were already familiar and tried and tested!<\/p>\n
Already in my second week of work, I was able to participate in village meetings. I think it's nice that you can get to "real work" at the very beginning. In this work, it is important to create new relationships and networks. Irma has comprehensively documented everything she has been involved in, so it is easy for me to contact people and continue working on the project.<\/p>\n
The Kylille III project is coming to an end, but there are still at least a few events coming from the project team, and if possible, we are trying to organize smaller events or trainings as well. Be in touch!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
