{"id":18167,"date":"2024-11-25T08:54:37","date_gmt":"2024-11-25T06:54:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/liiveri.net\/?post_type=tapahtuma&#038;p=18167"},"modified":"2025-03-20T10:18:41","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T08:18:41","slug":"liiverin-vuosikokous-5","status":"publish","type":"tapahtuma","link":"https:\/\/liiveri.net\/en\/tapahtuma\/liiverin-vuosikokous-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Liveri&#039;s annual meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The annual meeting of the Development Association Liiveri at Nurmo Library (Nurmontie 7*, Nurmo).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Before the meeting, starting at 4 p.m., there will be a project fair open to everyone, where you can learn about projects funded by Liiver and ask about project opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>A diploma will be awarded before the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Agenda:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Opening of the meeting<\/li>\n<li>The chairman of the meeting, the secretary, two minutes inspectors and two vote counters are elected<\/li>\n<li>We confirm the legality and quorum of the meeting<\/li>\n<li>The agenda of the meeting is approved<\/li>\n<li>The financial statements, annual report and the auditor&#039;s opinion are presented<\/li>\n<li>It is decided on the confirmation of the financial statements and the granting of discharge from liability to the board and other accountable persons<\/li>\n<li>The action plan, the financial plan and the amount of the joining and membership fee are confirmed.
