The event safety workshop will be held on March 26, 2019, starting at 5:30 p.m. at Koskue village hall (Tampereentie 1651 Jalasjärvi).
The workshop is intended for all villages and associations that organize public events. The workshop is led by safety trainer Aana Vainio.
An event that requires a safety plan can be an excursion, a village party, a holiday or another paid or free event organized for the public, which you are the organizer of. In the workshop, let's think together about the possible dangers of the event and the risks caused by them. Let's practice risk classification and make our own model of the safety plan using an example event or alternatively from our own event. During the evening, we will also familiarize ourselves with the cooperation between the authorities of the events, i.e. the permit and notification procedures for the organization.
