Paperwork related to rural development will be made easier, as projects and business support are primarily applied for through the electronic HYRRÄ system.

With the electronic search, associations must also obtain a Katso ID, which is a way offered by the tax administration to identify themselves to the authorities' electronic services. When applying for a Katso ID, the company and association register must be up-to-date in the information of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
Although the application submission and other administration will be handled primarily through Hyrrä, applicants will still have the option of applying “old-fashioned” on paper. The Leader office staff will advise and guide you through the application just as before, and we strongly recommend that you contact Liiver before submitting your application.
