Work at the ELY Centre is becoming more and more congested as previously made paper decisions are being transferred to the Hyrrä system. In the future, decisions will be made directly electronically.
Applications are currently being processed that were decided by Liiveri last spring or earlier. If the applicant starts the project before the ELY decision, he or she does so at his or her own risk. Projects cannot be applied for payment before the ELY decision.
