Welcome to the guest sport event in Jalasjärvi on Thursday 11 June from 5-8pm. The event will be held in the Kiuaskallio area, with the starting point being the lean-to area (Lempilaaksontie 61d, Jalasjärvi). You are welcome to deviate according to your own schedule.
- Let's make the area free of invasive species! Welcome to help and collect lupines. You don't need to know anything in advance, we will guide you on the way. Remember to bring your own gloves!
- All participants will receive meadow flower seeds to start their own meadow.
- You can also come to the event to hear and discuss the control of invasive species. The Kurikka Nature Association will talk about invasive species and their control in Kurika. The city of Kurika will acquire a waste platform where residents can take out invasive species waste throughout the summer.
- The Crowdsorsa app allows you to earn money by eradicating invasive species. The Kurikka Nature Association provides guidance on how to use the app.
- Are you interested in the activities of the nature association? Come and hear about other events and upcoming volunteer activities this summer.
- Come and talk about what kind of environmental projects can be funded from Liiver.
- Juice will be served. In addition, a €50 gift card to a company in Kurikka will be raffled among all participants. The winner can decide which company to use the gift card for.
