The concept of the Community Meetings organized by the City of Seinäjoki and Liiver has been renewed and the event has been divided into different topical themes. The goal of the renewed Community Meetings concept is to introduce actors to each other and create more communal village and city district development.
The events are free of charge and open to anyone interested in village and neighborhood activities.
Community dates at the turn of the year are divided into three topical themes:
- involving young people in community activities
- communal village halls and gathering places, and
- the ecology of communities.
Each theme offers an opportunity to share experiences, gain new ideas, and develop village and neighborhood communities together. You can participate in one or more events depending on your interests.
January 21, 2026 at 5–6:30 PM Community village halls and gathering places, Station Village Hall, Könnintie 125, Ylistaro.
Joining the discussion is Leader Liiver's village expert. Mari Viljanmaa.
