The Office for Rural Affairs is 27.10. announced the following in its press release:
The decision-making schedule for project and business subsidies still needs to be clarified
27.10.2015
There have been problems with the implementation of the Hyrrä information system of the Finnish Rural Development Agency, which have shown up as errors in the operation of the system. The Finnish Rural Development Agency has commissioned an external study to develop the implementation method of the Hyrrä system. Based on the recommendations received in the survey, we will consider what corrective actions will be taken. When the corrections are made, we will get back to the normal implementation rhythm.
The target schedule announced in June will not be kept. Unfortunately, decision-making on project and business subsidies is delayed and does not start at the end of October as expected. By mid-November, an estimate can be given of how Hyrrä's implementation is progressing and when decision-making can begin.
