Development association Liiveri ry has updated the one prepared in 2009 party hall register during the summer of 2023. The register includes nearly 40 spaces maintained by associations from Seinäjoki, Jalasjärvi and Ilmajoki, which can be rented for parties and events. With the help of the renewed register, users can find up-to-date information on party houses and pictures of the facilities in one place.
The old register was already twenty years old and still one of Liiver's most viewed websites. Clearly, there is a demand for such a aggregating register, so a full update of the page and improvement of user-friendliness was necessary.
Filtering functions have been added to the new register, thanks to which users can limit search results according to certain criteria, such as the location of the party space or the size of the space. This makes the application process more efficient and accurate.
- In the renovation, we wanted to invest in user-friendliness. The party hall register now also includes interior photos of all facilities. They make it much easier for the renter to understand what kind of space it is, says Anne Palohuhta, Liiver's Kylille III project leader.
In Liiver, work has been done to develop the villages for more than 20 years. By renewing the party hall register, we aim for a higher utilization rate of the facilities in the villages. The register can introduce users to party and meeting facilities that they would not otherwise have known about. This way you can find new and interesting options.
- For some associations, such a gathering party hall register is an important marketing channel. That way, the associations get the visibility they need, which in turn increases the income required to maintain the party halls, emphasizes Palohuhta.
Kehittämisyhdistys Liiveri ry maintains the party hall register, and the associations themselves manage other issues related to rental activities, such as reservations.
