Liiveri is part of the international EVOLAQ network, which exchanges experiences on good volunteering models. The project is funded by the Europe for Citizens programme. The target groups of volunteering are young people, the elderly, people with disabilities and immigrants, both as volunteers and as recipients of work. The partner countries are Italy, Austria, Croatia, Latvia, Sweden, Germany and Finland.

Experiences are exchanged in seminars held in each country, to which Liiveri can send 1–3 volunteer development professionals from our region. Liiveri contributes to the travel costs and the organizing party takes care of the accommodation. The working time spent on the seminar and possibly part of the travel costs are at the sender’s own expense. The next meeting will be May 30–June 2 in Norrköping. The theme there will be young people, immigrants and people with disabilities. In September, there will be a meeting in Germany and the theme there will be older people. The theme for the November meeting in Croatia will be young people. There will be five meetings in 2017, of which Liiveri will organize one.
We invite developers of volunteer work to join the project! We will organize an information event for those interested in the project on April 19th at 6 pm at Liiver's office at Könnintie 27, Ilmajoki. The event will also present Liiver's other funding opportunities for associations. Welcome!
