Karaoke machine for Dix
A group of young people received Youth Leader support to purchase a karaoke machine for the Peräseinäjoki youth soldier Dix. The idea for the karaoke machine came about when they were thinking about a new traditional competition alongside ping pong and billiards competitions. With the help of the karaoke machine, young people can organize events, improve teamwork and creativity.
From a creative jewelry entrepreneur to a goldsmith!
The idea started when the applicant was at an international entrepreneurial school. The applicant has agreed with the goldsmith about the training. The applicant will be able to use the acquired skills in advancing a new idea. Youth Leader support was granted for the costs of education. The project enables me to learn new technology, which I can use to make products that differ from competitors.
Furniture purchase for the company
The company's product is aerial photography, that is, to put it briefly and succinctly, photography from the air with a drone. Youth Leader funding will be used to purchase two additional batteries for the drone and a charger that can be taken along with the additional batteries + editing software and a website for the company.
Development of photography, becoming independent from borrowed equipment
The company offers photography services for companies and individuals. Current target groups include e.g. car dealerships, private car owners and event organizers. The entrepreneur's expertise in photography has exceeded the quality of photography equipment, especially lenses. Youth Leader support was granted for the purchase of camera accessories. The project increases the skills of the young entrepreneur and enables the development of business operations.
Functionality for lessons and community for the whole school!
Youth Leader support was granted for a wide variety of hobby equipment (e.g. footballs, tennis rackets and massage balls), which will be used for functional lessons and guided activities during long breaks. Young people want to make it possible to add functionality to lessons and to add active activities to breaks.
Skorfest
Skorfest is an event created by the first-year cultural production students of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, commissioned by the Seinäjoki City Orchestra. The event is aimed at secondary school students and will take place at Rytmikorjaamo. The small stage of Rytmikorjaamo will be used by a hobby band, where they will perform game and film music as well as well-known songs. The festival culminates on the main stage, where the Seinäjoki city orchestra performs a cover concert based on popular music. Nuoriso-Leader funding was granted for notation of wish pieces.
Squat for students
Squat is a popular game among young people. Next year (2025) low-threshold squatting tournaments will be organized for the students of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences. Let's get 2 sets of squats for this. This enables young people to be together socially and to participate in squatting events with a low threshold.
