Liiverin's Hire a Young Developer funding encourages associations to hire a young developer - and at the same time offer the young person a valuable job opportunity from their own home region.
A young developer could be, for example, a restaurant student who brings new flavors and trends to the association's food offerings. They could be a communications expert who raises the association's visibility to a new level through videos, games, and social media.
Liiveri grants associations 80 % support for the costs of wood chips. The budget can be 2,000–8,000 euros, and the support covers, among other things, salary costs, purchasing services and materials. Applicants can be associations and foundations from the Liiveri area (Seinäjoki, Ilmajoki and Jalasjärvi) that want to develop their community's activities by hiring a young developer and offer a job opportunity to a young expert.
Support is applied for electronically in the Hyrrä system by January 13, 2026. The Liiver board will process applications in early February. Support can also be applied for later in the spring.
