Sanna Pihlaja started as Liiver's content producer in November. Pihlaja's duties include, for example, communicating the results and effectiveness of operations, various marketing campaigns and content production for various channels.
- The work will certainly be versatile, challenging and rewarding. Already during the first weeks, I've seen how good the team spirit is in Liiver.
Pihlaja expects to be able to implement his own ideas in terms of campaigns and other implementations. It makes sense to take on the job when you have professional and motivated personnel to support you.
- Communication can always be improved. New and better ways to reach people, new ways to make more interesting content and better attention-grabbing marketing come across all the time. In the job of a content producer, you can learn new things all the time, and that makes this job especially meaningful.
Pihlaja, who lives in Jalasjärvi, graduated as a cultural producer from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences in the spring. In his studies, he focused on visual production, because graphic design has always interested him. In addition to his studies, Pihlaja has worked, e.g. As a graphic designer for Seinäjoki's Kuninkuusravie and Liiveri, he moved from the city of Kurika, where he was the coordinator of the Hobby for All project.
Pihlaja is actively involved in association activities in Jalasjärvi, and with that, Liiver's funding applications have also become familiar. The currently ongoing Mukula ry's Culture for Mukuloille project is financed by Liiver.
- With the help of the project, we have been able to develop cultural activities aimed at children in Jalasjärvi. The fact that he himself has participated in applying for funding from Liiver and knows what the application process is like from the applicant's point of view will certainly help in planning and making customer-oriented communication in the future.
According to Pihlaja's view, Liiveri can enable the realization of dreams related to the development of a region or a company. In the beginning, it is enough to have a good idea.
- There is no need to be afraid of project bureaucracy, because Liiver's employees help at every step of the application and payment, if necessary, I know that from my own experience. In any case, the benefits are significantly greater than the work involved in doing the project.
