A mural for the skating rink, artwork for the playground, memories turned into songs, art for the experience stairs, storytelling of local history... Five open-minded associations received funding to hire an artist:
- MLL Jalasjärvi: Permanent works of art with children and young people will be placed in Aukustipuisto Park and the yard of the youth center Wilhola. One or two artists will be hired as a working partner for 3-4 months.
- Ilmajoki Entrepreneurs Association: Storytelling the playground, drawing from history. Three artists will be hired.
- Cultural Association KoHo ry: Duo Ohoiva records the memories of railway workers in nursing homes. The stories are turned into songs and a musical play is being worked on. One gerontologist and one master of theatre arts are being hired for a month.
- Village Association Kaanaa ry: We are hiring artist JP Köykkä, originally from Yllistaaro, who will lead a workshop that will result in a mural on the wall of the ice rink. The artist will work for two months.
- Lakeuden Elämysliikunta ry: We will create art in the Käpälikö yard, the accessible children's path, the adventure stairs and the birdhouse park. We will hire three artists.
In addition, Liiveri supports the hiring of young people in the following associations:
- Ilmajoki Rengonkyläseura ry: Development of the Rengonkyläseura's activities, communications and the annual event in Ruissaari. The young person will be hired for three months.
- Ilmajoki 4H Association: Development and planning of low-threshold day camp activities for 6-12 year olds. The young person will be hired for four months.
Liiver's board of directors selected the projects to be funded at its meeting, but they will still undergo a legality check at the ELY Centre.
