The Yhyres musical

The project involved writing and performing a musical play together between young people from Southern Ostrobothnia and young immigrants. The script was written by combining and modifying old fairy tales that are told in both Finland and Afghanistan. The play was about equality, prejudice and bullying. More couches for the high school

The project included the purchase of two large corner sofas for the empty part of the high school, which were purchased and delivered to the site from the furniture store Lähdesmäki Oy in Ilmajoki. The JBL sound makes you dance

In the project, with Nuoriso-Leader funding, a total of three different JBL speakers were purchased for use by the dance club. Now there are enough loudspeakers for all the club's practices and camps, and the loudspeakers also enable the organization of several simultaneous activities at the same time in different places. It has been noticed how activities remain more meaningful when the equipment is of high quality and functional.

Rhythm Institute's mixing course

The project organized a mixing course during the Rytmi Institute's internship vacation. The mixing course was organized in Seinäjoki at Sound Aces' studio premises and was aimed at mixers who already mastered the basics. The purpose was to expand the skill repertoire of even a more experienced mixer, as well as to offer new and versatile tools for use. In addition to the Youth Leader funding, money was received from the Citizens' Forum, the most money in the project was used to acquire a trainer, who was the top expert Hiili Hiilesmaa.

Hope Dance 2019 dance event

The Hope Dance 2019 dance competition event aimed at primary school students from Seinäjoki and the surrounding areas was organized in the Ritola Hall in Peräseinäjoki. There was pre-registration for the dance competition and the participants were divided into five different series for the competition according to age and hobby. Ylistarock 2019

With the help of Nuoriso-Leader funding, a music-focused event for young people (target group 13-17 years old) was organized in Ylistaro, which included the training of young performers, directed by professional technician Kimmo Ahola. Edari of Dix

In the project, with the help of Youth Leader funding, two JBL Charge 3 speakers were purchased for the Peräseinäjoki youth centre Dix for listening to music. The purchase of the speakers was delayed until the autumn, as the youth centres closed in mid-May and the speakers would have been empty all summer. Four young people actively participated in the project. The speakers have improved the comfort of the youth centre, as young people are free to listen to their favourite music.
