Regional support for the Finland 100th anniversary Associations and clubs can still apply to the South Ostrobothnia Regional Council in early 2017 to organize other events and activities during the anniversary year. To be eligible for the Finland 100 program, approval must first be sought from the Prime Minister's Office.
