General presentation
Many types of private and association events can be organized in Pohjola. The village hall, built in 1907, is located in a cozy and peaceful environment in South Ostrobothnia at Luopajärvi. The house is in a sheltered place from both wind and noise. Pohjola got a new look and modern equipment in connection with the comprehensive renovation carried out in 2009–2010. Pohjola is rented especially for wedding and birthday parties, as well as proms, parties or other events. Pohjola is in high demand and popular especially as a wedding venue, so please make your reservation in time!
Space capacity
Pohjola can accommodate a maximum of 250 people. The banquet hall can be expanded into the adjacent cafe space, in addition, tables can be set in the "club room" at the end of the hall, from which there is access to the front yard of the house. All tables have a white cloth. The washing of cloths is invoiced according to the invoice of the laundry.
Use of the house in summer/winter time
For year-round use. Does not affect the number of people.
Kitchen equipment
The well-equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a convection oven and stove, a tipper boiler, refrigerators and a large kitchen dishwasher.
Set
Currently, food tableware for 150 people, white coffee tableware for 80 people, blue coffee tableware for 120 people. Sparkling wine and wine glasses for 120 people.
Possibility to rent part of the space for smaller use
For meeting use, you can rent only the cafeteria space.
