General presentation
MLL Perhetalo Aurinkoinen is a meeting place maintained by the MLL Ilmajoki local association. It is a cozy 1.5-story detached house, located right at the end of Lekarinpolu, near the Ilmajoki health and safety center.
MLL Ilmajoki mainly rents the family house for family parties, e.g. child's birthdays, christenings, name-callings, christening parties. It is also possible to hold (association) meetings and peer meetings at the family house.
Space capacity
Indoors can have max. 40 people.
Downstairs there is an open and spacious living room that connects to the dining area. More than 20 people can sit around the three dining tables at once. The children's dining table can also accommodate six at a time. On the side of the living room there is another children's table for four. The living room can comfortably sit and, for example, have a coffee next to the large divan sofa, a 3-seater sofa and armchairs. There are also two smaller rooms on the ground floor, which are suitable for playrooms as well as for a quiet stay. The family house's two toilets, one of which is in the bathroom, can also be found on the ground floor, on both sides of the hall. At the edge of the living room there is access to the upstairs loft. The front part of the loft functions as a children's play space, but can also be modified for other uses. The office space at the back of the loft is not for rent.
Summer/winter use of the house
The family house is in use all year round. In the summer time, it is possible to use the large, covered terrace and the fenced backyard. In the backyard, there is a children's playhouse and a sandbox with toys. The terrace has some garden furniture.
Kitchen equipment
The kitchen is a walk-through, traditional home kitchen with a stove, oven, 2 microwave ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen counters. There are plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils for baking, cooking, serving and eating.
Set
There is tableware for about 20 people.
Possibility to rent part of the space for smaller use
Only renting the entire family house.
Accommodation available
No possibility of accommodation or overnight stay.
Other equipment
Disabled access on the terrace (note: the thresholds of the doorways are not barrier-free), video cannon, screen, childcare table, large parking lot.
Remote working use
Not in telecommuting mode.
