Hirvijärvi village is located in the middle of Jalasjärvi municipality. Our village got its name from Hirvijärvi, located on its western side. Hirvijärvi is a widely known bird water. Hirvijoki flows through the village into Hirvijärvi. The village of Hirvijärvi is located in a fairly large area and it consists of three parts of the village, Komsi, Mäntykoski and Hirvikylä.
