Pouttula

The village of Pouttula is located on the banks of the Kyrönjoki, bordering the village of Rajamäki, Kylänpää and the church village. It is about 3.5 km to the center of Ylistaro. The village is crossed by Highway 16, along which there is a light traffic route. Pouttula is a beautiful rural village in the middle of the rural landscape of Ostrobothnia, to which the Kyrönjoki river brings variety. There are more than a hundred people.

The village club organizes pinball games in the summer at the Ylistaro sports field. The competitions are open to everyone. In addition to this, the village has a traditional Easter bonfire, where people from the own village and outsiders gather. Kokko is Ylistaro's finest and biggest.

The village association also organizes various trips to the nearby area for the villagers, for example a bicycle trip to Korkoose. In the summer, the tailgate flea has also been on the program, along with other playful competitions. The village club has its own beach with a few boats and life jackets for them.
