Leader Liiveri is looking for a village expert for the Kylille III project. The village expert's task is to advance the following themes: a competent and inclusive village, a circular economy for villages, prosperous villages and everyday safety for villages.
We require a village expert to have a university degree suitable for the position, strong knowledge of the villages and local communities in the area, ready-made networks with associations, municipalities and other organizations in the area, and experience and evidence of participatory development tasks.
Knowledge of the operating principles of municipalities and associations is a prerequisite for the successful performance of the task. In addition, we expect fluent oral and written communication skills. Project work experience is an advantage.
We value good communication skills, the ability to collaborate and the ability to work both independently and in a team with others. In addition, you are creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic about local development. The task requires the use of your own car and flexibility in working hours. The task will be filled after the project decision is confirmed, which will also determine the duration of the employment relationship. The employment contract will be concluded until 30.6.2022.
