Local ingredients, tasty local food, experiences, new thoughts and ideas! All of this is on offer on the study trip of the Kasvua Ruokaprovinsista project to the Falköping region in western Sweden on 10-12 November 2016. On the trip, you will learn about the production, processing, marketing and sales of local food, as well as branding expertise and productization. On the trip, you will also get to know several restaurants that focus on experiences and local food. The trip is aimed at primary producers, processors, food entrepreneurs and other local food operators. Other people interested in local food are also welcome.
