I'm Sanna-Kaisa Nokso and I'm in my second year of business studies at the University of Jyväskylä, and in my studies I've mainly focused on marketing and communication. I am very interested in versatile communication and social media content production, so it was wonderful to hear that a job was opening at Liiver. I'm already looking forward to what new challenges the upcoming summer will bring, it's sure to be a diverse and educational summer!
Even though I am currently studying in Jyväskylä, I am from Ilmajoki. I personally feel more comfortable in the countryside, which is why I also feel that Liiver's work is important for its development. Liiver's operations are already somewhat familiar to me, last summer I implemented the Climate Smart project funded by Liiver with the Jalasjärvi 4H association, where I was able to produce a variety of social media content on topics such as local food production, renewable energy, and recycling and repair services. In addition to the Ilmatoviisas project, I have been able to participate in the SaYouth project's study visit to Greece and the Youth Camp organized by the Participovat nuoret project.
In your free time, you will spend a lot of time with family and friends, in addition to which all possible fast-paced activities are interesting, such as sledding and horse riding. I also like a lot of movement in nature, both shorter day trips and longer hikes.
The first work week already started with fun and interesting tasks, when I got to go on a business trip to Sweden to Young Rural Camp!
During the summer, my biggest task is renewing our old party house register, through which I will be in contact with the villages in our area. The party facilities of the area's associations will be collected in the register, the information will be updated and the objects will be re-described. Otherwise, during the summer I will be doing Liiver's social media and other communications as well.
