Selection criteria

Selection criteria for the Roots and Wings strategy

 Liiver's board of directors selects the projects to be financed based on the selection criteria.

MANDATORY / ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

The project is in line with the strategy and it implements for the most part a sub-theme/sub-themes of one of the priorities.

  • Responding to sudden changes faced by society or community
  • Innovative and pilot ideas and experiments

ALL ACTIONS MUST COMPLETE THESE:

  • The project is in accordance with Liiver's funding guidelines
  • The project is realistic and feasible
  • The applicant has the financial and operational abilities to implement the project
  • The benefits and results of the project are directed to the area of the Leader group
  • The outputs and inputs of the project are in the right proportion

ORGANIZATION CRITERIA, how well each operation implements the Roots and Wings strategy

You get 1 point for each criterion. 4 points are required to pass the project.

  • Pilot nature or innovativeness of the project
  • The project utilizes or promotes digitality
  • The project affects the fight against climate change or adaptation to it
  • The project has positive environmental effects
  • The project promotes the internationalization of the region
  • The project's need or idea originates from the area
  • The project increases cooperation and networks or community spirit.
  • The project improves operating conditions
  • The project creates a new activity or renews an existing activity
  • The project increases the holding and/or attraction of the area
  • Project to improve skills (2024)
