Liiveri offers entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs support and advice on business development. We finance the development of companies with funding from the EU Rural Development Fund. We also help find partners and network with other entrepreneurs, and we communicate about training and coaching organized by our partners.

By supporting entrepreneurs, we want to promote sustainable development, green transition and digitalization in companies' business operations. Cooperation with Liiver can therefore offer entrepreneurs and those who want to become entrepreneurs many useful tools for business development and success.

Development according to Liiveri's strategy

In order to grant rural funding, Liiveri has drawn up its own local development strategy, which defines what kind of development funding will be granted for. The strategy has been drawn up with the residents and entrepreneurs of the area, as they are the best experts on what kind of development is needed in the area. Liiveri encourages entrepreneurs in the region to embrace the drivers of change in entrepreneurship: sustainable development, green transition and digitalization. The role of responsibility will grow in the future, so it is increasingly important that companies operate in a sustainable manner and take into account the interests and expectations of stakeholders while pursuing profitable business. We also encourage and support traditional companies in the region to expand into new areas of activity.

Promoting changes in company ownership and supporting immigrant businesses are also important goals. Liiveri wants to promote lifestyle entrepreneurship and the development of cooperation between entrepreneurs. Different forms of entrepreneurship are becoming more common and minimizing the administrative burden is important. Liiver's operating methods are agile and customer-oriented.

Take contact

When you have an idea for starting or developing a company, contact Liiveri. Let's discuss together how to proceed.

Prepare a plan

Prepare a project plan, cost estimate and financing plan for the measure to be supported. Take the selection criteria into account in your planning.

Fill out the application in Hyrrä

Fill out the application in the electronic service and add the necessary attachments. If necessary, we will advise you on completing the application. The project may not be started before the application has been sent to Hyrrä. A binding order or other agreement is considered to be a start.

Decision processing

Liiveri's board of directors processes the application and makes a decision on it. After that, the application is sent to the ELY center, where it is checked for legality and an official decision is made.

Implementation of the project

Learn about the decision made in Hyrrä. A joint kick-off meeting will be held when the project starts, if necessary. Implement the project according to the plan and deadlines. If you need to make any changes, contact Liiver in advance. Remember to also send us a message about the project!
