Development support for a functioning entrepreneur

Sometimes it is good to get external help when planning and implementing a new idea. This support is intended for the acquisition of expert services in existing companies. There are two options for planning: yearpreparation package €2,000 and development package €3,000. The preparation package can only be received once, but the development package can be received up to three times during the 2023-2027 season.

Preparation package

2 000 €

The VAT number exists and the company has at least one accounting period behind it.
For expert services: updating the business plan, planning investments, making calculations, preparing the grant application.
2–3 days of expert services.

Development package

3 000 €

The VAT number exists and the company has at least one accounting period behind it.
For expert services: marketing, product development, production planning. Also for materials and supplies, trips and rents.
The same applicant can be granted a maximum of three times.
About 3-4 days expert service.

Applying for support

Business subsidies are applied for electronically In the Hyrrä system.
Get to know to the selection criteria before making the application.
To apply, you need a plan for what you intend to do, what it will cost, and how you will demonstrate what the money has achieved.
Support is not available for measures that have already been started if they were started before submitting the application to Hyrrä. An order or binding contract is considered to have already been started.

Applying for payment

Development subsidies are standardized lump sum projects. They are requested for payment by showing that the planned actions have been carried out. This can happen, for example, with reports, photos and resulting plans.
