Liiver's annual meeting was organized on March 28. Kohtalonmäki farm in Jalasjärvi. At the meeting, new members were elected to Liiveri's board of directors to replace those who resigned. Tarja Pienimäki from Ilmajoki continues as the chairman of the board. Janne Lehtinen from Jalasjärvi and Tero Järvi from Ilmajoki were elected as new board members. The development plan for Lamminjärvi is now being drawn up - come join us!
In the Lamminjärvi area of Jalasjärvi, participatory planning has started in the fall of 2022 with the associations operating in the area. Optical fiber as a guarantee of vitality in Kurika
The city of Kurika wants to develop its sparsely populated areas by supporting the construction of their high-speed optical fiber network. Kurikka is the first municipality in South Ostrobothnia to utilize the broadband construction support of the EU's recovery tool. The broadband construction project has been put out to tender in the EP union, and possible fiber optic construction would start in the spring of 2023.
