Vimpel's Lakeaharju fitness ladder and Seinäjoki's Jouppilanvuori experience ladder represent South Ostrobothnia in the national fitness ladder competition. EU rural funding challenges everyone to climb the fitness ladder during the coming summer. The history table route inspires you to participate
In the village of Munaka, there is a strong spirit of action. This year, a Leader-funded history board route will be built in the village. The route is not only a concrete project to preserve the past, but also a strong sign of community spirit and enthusiasm for developing one's own village. The village of the future 2.0 has started, come join us!
The opening ceremony of the future village project, open to all, was held on Valentine's Day at the Seinäjoki Business Center. The event had around 70 participants from more than thirty villages in southern Pohja. The project has three themes, which are worked on with experts in each field. In each theme, six villages or groups of villages are taken to develop and pilot new operating models. Participants are required to commit for the entire duration of the project. The GENGREEN project focusing on green female entrepreneurship has started at the beginning of January. The goal of the project is to support a total of 50 female entrepreneurs in Southern and Central Ostrobothnia, Lapland, Norbotten, Tromsø and Finnmark.
