The village of the future 2.0 has started, come join us!

The opening ceremony of the future village project, open to all, was held on Valentine's Day at the Seinäjoki Business Center. The event had around 70 participants from more than thirty villages in southern Pohja. The project has three themes, which are worked on with experts in each field. The GENGREEN project supports female entrepreneurs in starting a sustainable business

The GENGREEN project focusing on green female entrepreneurship has started at the beginning of January. The goal of the project is to support a total of 50 female entrepreneurs in Southern and Central Ostrobothnia, Lapland, Norbotten, Tromsø and Finnmark. Peurala's picture board route brings local knowledge to those hungry for history

When the municipality of Ilmajoki turned 150 years old, the Peurala village association came up with the idea of a picture board route opening up the history of the village. Leader project funding was applied for the history board route and the project was completed in the summer of 2019.
