The House of Functions is a pilot project for the Shared Kitchen project.

As the name suggests, a shared kitchen is a space where people can come and cook and eat. There are currently five such spaces in five localities, but by the end of 2018, the project, funded by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and coordinated by the Church Board, will expand to all regions. The pilot kitchen of the South Ostrobothnia regional project is currently the House of Activities in Seinäjoki. Building a future for Leppävirta!

Youth Leader support for youth projects

The spring 2017 Youth Leader call received 18 applications, of which Liiveri decided to fund 11 youth projects. A total of 4,950 euros in support was granted. Fresh ideas for volunteering: 16 young people start working in development tasks for associations

Liiveri has granted money to the Seinäjoki and Ilmajoki associations to hire 16 young people next summer. The upcoming tasks range from planning game and nature clubs to social media marketing and creating new events.
